The 2016 C.O.N. Holiday Craft Fair was the first time I ever had a vendor table with the Creative Ottawa Nerds, and this Madam President had a total blast. Not only are C.O.N. craft fairs well-managed with great table fees, but they also have heart—part of the proceeds go to local charitable organizations. And if that isn’t cool enough, all the artisans are proud geeks selling geeky wares (myself included). The crafts are so much fun that I might have left my table to buy a few things!
Dynamic Canvas Inc. was pleasantly surprised to be asked to work on the C.O.N. website, because we just love this team. Our tasks were to make entire site SSL-secured, include web forms, clean up the look and feel, and add more content. It’s at a state right now where the client can easily add photos and information so everyone can know how awesome C.O.N. is! Go and show them some love.
